Balanced Health Through Nutrition

What your body really wants

As a society we now spend more of our time indoors than our ancestors did. Most of us are not farmers planting the seeds, tilling the soil, and harvesting our crops. Now days most of us are going to the grocery store or ordering our food online to be delivered to our homes.

As a result, we are getting less light and this is presenting many challenges to our overall health and wellbeing. Think about a plant that doesn’t get enough light. It becomes pale and weak. Even if we give it water and food, it still won’t thrive unless it receives enough light. The human body requires a sufficient amount of light for optimal mental, emotional, and physical health. Without it we begin to notice the toll that it takes on us in these critical areas.

We might notice things like depression, pain, inflammation, fatigue, and so much more.

Light is an essential nutrient for life. It is paramount for our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. The sun is responsible for all of light, not just the harmful UV rays. Light has been used for therapeutic healing since the 1700s. 98% of the light that we receive comes in through the eyes, and goes to the pineal gland.

The pineal gland is shaped like a pine cone and is located behind the eyes in the center of the brain. Once the pineal gland picks up the light, it floods it through our entire body.

Why should I care about light?

How is it measured?

Light is measured in wavelengths. 400-700 nanometers (nm) are the measure of light that we can see. Red is visible at 600-700nm. Near and far-infrared is not visible at 700-900nm. The nanometers measure how far the light goes into the body.

Fun facts!

When you look in the mirror, it’s a reflection of your light.

Emotions can create free-radicals in the body. Light, color, and frequency work to support information in the DNA positively.

Our physical body has a vibrational frequency just like every living organism in nature. When our bodies are healthy our individual cells, organs and systems carry a higher vibration. – Gena Livings

What is Harmonic Light?

Harmonic light is a combination of light and frequency that work together to support the body in its own healing process.

Harmonic light uses red, blue, green, and near-infrared light. The light, colors, and frequency combined with near-infrared allow the light to penetrate through the skin, muscles, and tissues all the way to the bone.

There are many variations of light systems out on the market, but those other systems don’t incorporate frequency and mostly work with red light only. This is what separates Harmonic light from others.

What is the difference between LED and Laser?

LED is in-coherent light, meaning once it gets into the body it goes where it needs to go much like a directed missile. It will find the cells that are most deprived and target them. The mitochondria also known as the powerhouse of the cell serve as our energy currency. The mitochondria are most affected positively by light. Light supports ATP (energy) and nitric oxide (vasodilator) production, and creates an environment within the body so that degenerative diseases can’t take hold. Studies have shown that red light at 630-830nm reduces free radicals in the body, thereby lowering the risk of developing aging degenerative diseases.

Laser is coherent light, meaning it is pin point or laser focused. It only acts on the part of the body that it is applied to.

How can harmonic light help me?

Relieve Pain and Increase Circulation

Harmonic light therapy safely and comfortably delivers light wavelengths throughout the body. The red, near infrared, green, and blue pads are medically approved and FDA OTC cleared to increase circulation and relieve pain associated with:

  • Muscle/Joint Aches & Stiffness
  • Arthritis – Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis
  • Increased Rate of Injury Recovery & Wound Healing
  • Tendonitis Pain
  • Muscle Spasms & Strains
  • Back Pain
  • Repetitive Use Injuries like Carpal Tunnel
  • Sports Injuries
  • Neuropathy

Additional benefits:

  • Increased circulation, strengthens the arteries
  • Stimulates the release of ATP (cellular energy)
  • Naturally stimulates Nitric Oxide production
  • Alkalize and normalize cells
  • Immune system support
  • Relaxation & Tissue Regeneration
