In my quest for relief I feel blessed to have found an Alternative Medicine Doctor who asked me what I was eating, and suggested a whole new way of eating to me. He was the first doctor to ever look at me as a whole person. I was so desperate that I was willing to try anything. And I mean ANYTHING!
As I began to shift my diet to a more whole foods-based diet, the results were profound. I had more energy, less pain and inflammation, and got my life back. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t easy, but it did net the most amazing results. The longer I continued moving forward with nutrition and lifestyle changes, the better I continued to feel. It had taken so long for the pain, inflammation, and fatigue to manifest, so I understood that it would also take time to reverse my symptoms.

After my many years of searching for the missing puzzle piece in my healing journey, I experienced tremendous relief from the chronic pain, inflammation, fatigue, and digestive ailments through nutrition and lifestyle modifications.
I quit my job and went back to school to earn my certification to create a life full of health, passion, and purpose to be able to help others like me to reduce or eliminate the downstream effects on their body as a result of internal imbalances.
I founded Balanced Health Through Nutrition LLC to dedicate my time and educate people by working with them to create a customized nutrition and lifestyle design with the utmost empathy and compassion for their unique challenges.
I finally felt freedom with food and my body, and I learned how to eat and take care of myself that felt more nurturing and natural, rather than a form of punishment.
Which led me to some pretty incredible results….
